Intern in Intellectual Property and Media Technology practice• Advising on a broad range of matters on intellectual property with focus on protection of personal data, domains, trade marks, copyright. Research, legal updates and memos on Russian and EU IP legislation• Carrying out and coordination of IP due diligence, analysis of documents and identification of risks (e-commerce trading company, large telecommunication provider)• Drafting of IP contractual documentation, liaison with clients and regulators on various IP issues• Employment law: personnel employment and termination packages, advising of termination scenarios that are suitable to the particular circumstances as well as compliant with Russian employment law
