- CENTRALIZED SHARED SERVICE CENTER: participation in implementation of Competence Center in one location - centralization of operational functions from the whole Russia to one location with optimization of products, processes & systems (lead for Subrogation stream);- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: leading strategic projects of the company (incl. projects planning and execution – full project life cycle), Support in SAP implementation (testing), development and implementation of know-how of testing procedures, collection of functional requirements, preparation of RFI and RFP, business process description and its optimization, implementation support in Motor Claims Management system;- PMO: setting up PMO function, projects reporting, controlling, budgeting, KPI’s and dashboards, preparation of IT committees and projects Steering Committees, budgeting of the Departments, control of execution;- OPEX: business process analysis and optimization with the usage of OPEX methodology.
