- Support a start up mode of the business in Russia in terms of workforce planning, team development- Labor law and HR Compliance - implementation and monitoring of statutory and company policies and procedures compliance with local and national laws (for e.g. recruitment, data protection, employee contracts, work regulations, job descriptions, internal policies).- Building relationship with outsourcing HR support (payroll provider, HR admin, recruitment, HR legal and etc)- Recruitment & Selection: delivering recruitment & selection process (mostly for sales and customer service functions, middle and top mng level), newcomers onboarding support.- Supporting Line Managers and employees with annual HR processes: Talent Management, Performance Management, Individual Development Planning, Training needs identification, Engagement Survey etc.
