I work as part of a cross-functional EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) project team, ensuring the successful implementation of all requirements arising from EU MDR that affect Regulatory, Quality, Product Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, and Distribution. My primary focus is to collaborate with the entire EMEA Customer Service (CS) teams, translating MDR requirements into their daily operations. Simultaneously, I represent the voice of the local teams within the MDR project team to ensure their perspectives are heard.As part of the MDR transformation, I am assigned a project management role, driving multiple projects aligned with the FPX methodology. These projects encompass diverse areas, such as Robotic Automation, Single Units Right Stage Customization, and Remote Labeling capabilities in multiple countries. This role involves extensive cross-functional interactions, direct communication, and connections with top management, requiring natural leadership skills and strong business acumen.I have gained valuable experience over 15 years at Johnson & Johnson, starting in Finance and then transitioning to the Supply Chain and Customer Service organization. For 6 years, I have successfully led the CS Baltics team (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), significantly contributing to the success of the North region of CEE. In 2021, in addition to my daily responsibilities, I served as the Credo Champion for CS EMEA MD, leading the EMEA CS MD Sustainability agenda. I have made meaningful contributions to various topics, which has prepared me well for the next growth assignments.
