I own and manage site and solution issues at Philips Healthcare Informatics key accounts and am currently the clinical lead for Philips UK & Ireland’s largest first of a kind Healthcare Informatics programme of six networked NHS Trusts. This involved development of strategies to cope with in year service pressures. Managing the radiographer staffing and administration budget as delegated to the department by the Directorate Manager. I interfaced liaising with the Clinical Director, Radiology Site Managers and Modality Leads with regard to professional, clinical and quality issues relating to the provision of both clinical and technical radiology services, ensuring that the Care Quality Commission regulations governing the operation of an Imaging department were adhered to, by regular audit of the department. I oversaw departmental resourcing including staff performance reviews of clinicians, development of continued professional development plans. annual leave authorisation, sick leave and post return interviews.
