With a direct staff of three, directed bank branch loan portfolio covering 52 branches from aggregated/macro level. This portfolio was 7B UAH, and the reserve was 2,1B UAH.  I and my staff made were responsible for assessing the credit worthiness of each client and making recommendations for use of the reserve fund.  This function was to ensure that the National Bank of Ukraine that the Bank could cover any loan loss provisions.Optimized profitability and growth and ensured comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance. Identified, documented, and resolved fraudulent loan origination in designated markets.Directed credit and loan processes in cooperation with senior and middle management personnel. Successfully recommended development of lending process map for all portfolios. Identified and corrected loan origination process deficiencies in assigned territories.

Contributed in developing, communicating, implementing and validating regulatory and internal credit capital and loss parameters for consumer portfolios. Audience included: federal regulators, internal vetting and audit groups, as well as business managers and executives in all areas of the retail bank.Maintained up to date knowledge of leading methodologies, analytics, and assessment techniques to improve calibration and validation of Credit Risk parameters and models. Also contributed towards extending the scope and applicability of credit risk and capital models In optimizing risk-return decisions for all consumer and small business portfolios.
