As a Sr. Client Success Manager , I worked alongside a small team of CSMs while managing my own portfolio of clients. This was a temporary assignment for enrolling students into international travel abroad programs. Students were between grade 5-12 traveling abroad for cultural experience and to be a US ambassador. My position was setting up the initial process by enrolling the students into the program by taking their deposits and filling out their applications. Applications were made either in person or over the phone. I attended People to People ambassador meetings occasionally to meet parents face to face and enroll their students onsite for a reduced deposit.
