I currently am certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Orthopaedics, and Wisdom. As a part of the original implementation team, I modified curriculum materials that were provided by Epic to create education for implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) for WellSpan Health. I attended adoption sessions, Power Team sessions and Specialty Content session to create materials for all Ambulatory non-physician clinical roles. I also created Inpatient and Ambulatory curriculum for certain physician specialties (Dental, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, and Radiation Oncology.) I assisted in credentialing and managing 10 credentialed trainers. WellSpan was recognized at Epic's XGM conference as having one of the most successful Credentialed Trainer programs.During both go-lives, I provided support from a command center by assisting the credentialed trainers with phone calls and responding to tickets that were created. I continue to provide post-go-live support by responding to tickets, revising materials for on-going training, assigning projects to the credentialed trainers and reviewing Nova Note tickets in preparation for a double upgrade to the 2018 version in October.
