Acting as project manager of a cross-functional executive search team with a focus on Technology and Product roles. Partnering with high-growth clients, main responsibilities included:-Overlooking searches from pitch to closure - supporting with the creation of relevant documentation, advising on market insights. -Measuring search progress: identifying bottlenecks and determining new reach-out strategies to increase conversion and interest rates.-Working closely with consultants and researchers to ensure candidates go through a smooth selection process: leading candidate reach-out as well as coordinating interviews between them and consultants/clients.-Using Powerbi and internal ATS for frequent reporting; facilitating client updates and making sure project deadlines are met.-Mentoring newbies within Talent Operations function - helping their onboarding with on-the-job training and subject matter support. -Working closely with external screening provider to coordinate background screening processes of Morgan Stanley FTE’s across EMEA with a focus on the Budapest office. -Making sure candidates undergo a smooth screening process while managing tight SLA’s. -Facilitating updates between the screening team and HR stakeholders. -Mentoring newbies and providing country-specific knowledge share sessions for both the screening team and HR.
