Within my current role as a lettings Valuer my key responsibilities are generating business by being as proactive to seek and retain business, speaking with landlords on a daily basis to discuss the marketing of their property, booking and carrying out property valuations.

Within this role as a letting negioator my key responsibilities are conducting viewings and letting properties, Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database, liaising and negotiating with landlords and potential tenants, Providing outstanding service to meet and exceed the expectation's of customers, assisting with business generation by being proactive to seek and retain business, using various systems to assist with ad-hoc administration office duties. This has been my first role in property and has given me a wealth of experience in face to face customer service and maintaining a professional experience for all clients that I have dealt with. I feel this role has allowed me to develop my abilities to work in a highly target driven environment.

Within this role I respond to and prioritise both emergency and non-emergency calls by making use of soft skills, following specific procedure techniques and gathering relevant and necessary information from callers to record details of incidents on computer systems. I assess the urgency of all calls and individual incidents, provide appropriate advice and guidance, respond appropriately and remaining calm in stressful situations. Within this role I am an established and primary acting supervisor for my shift when supervisor is off, I have done this on a regular basis for the past 2 and a half years. I have become proficient in resource management, staff welfare, tactics alteration in relation to performance and target management and general oversights. I have managed up to managing 25 staff members at one time and I am fully capable of performing to a high standard as a supervisor which I have shown on many occasions. I have tutored numerous members of new staff when they have come into the department to assist with their training, this involves sitting with new staff member for 3 sets of shifts and training them to deal with callers in a live environment.

Role involved taking inbound calls from new and existing BT customers who requested to buy new lines, broadband and TV packages. Within my sales role I would provide advice and up to date information on new and existing products, assist customers with enquires, requests and complaints by using numerous computer systems achieve set targets and resolve all enquires on first point of contact. Within my retentions role I would identify customer needs and match products accordingly in a professional and enthusiastic manner, Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation. Use negotiating skills to keep customers from leaving company and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times. While working at BT I was involved in numerous new products working on project teams for BT VISON and BT FUSION which included helping with marketing ideas, sales techniques and selling the products.
