 Perform extensive data mining & analysis to identify ongoing trends within the marketplace.  In depth sourcing of data on customers and the business, potential clients, competitors and target market industries Seek, obtain, monitor and analyse feedback from clients to improve systems, processes and reporting Market intelligence - Provide monthly monitoring and assessment of market trends relative to the marketing plan Manage and coordinate data around direct marketing activity, database management, campaign management and reporting.
