Partner
CurrentLane Neave is one of New Zealand's longest established law firms, with origins dating back to 1860. I am one of six partners in the firm's national corporate team and am based in our Christchurch office. I lead Lane Neave's competition and consumer protection law practice, which advises on such matters as Commerce Commission investigations, cartel conduct (e.g. price fixing etc), leniency applications, merger regulation, misuse of market power, and compliance with the Fair Trading Act and other consumer protection laws. I am also the key contact for the firm's intellectual property practice, and provide a wide range of legal advice to corporate and commercial clients, as well as not-for-profit organisations.
