I led HR teams from 3 to 100 team members across different HR functions and countries. For eleven years, I worked for Shell, where I led the biggest HR global projects: global onboarding, digital transformation (Salesforce & Workday), BG acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. I have also entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of DOTWAY which I run for nearly 3 years. Currently, I'm running the People function for Poland in Xceedance Poland (insurance services organization). In my different roles, I've always focused on the organizational effectiveness, top-class change management & engaging communication.I'm also a professional leadership coach, certified by iPEC. I help leaders and organizations to develop conscious and agile leadership based on emotional intelligence. I believe leadership is based on 3 pillars:👉 leadership skills,👉 mental fitness,👉 authenticity.Moreover, I love sharing my HR & leadership knowledge with post-graduate HR management & MBA students at Krakow Business School of the University of Economics.Privately, I love weightlifting, I'm addicted to Krakow and I know the best breakfast spots in Krakow.
