Analyst
Current- Collaborates with Strategic Solicitations Team, Stewardship Team and Digital Development Team to ensure that constituent records are appropriately moved through the solicitation, stewardship and lead generation.
- Develop tactical tools through use of SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and Power BI vital for implementation, utilization and deployment of strategy for execution of lead generation and gift acquisition activities.
- Analyze data and offer insights into trends, and adjust tactics as necessary to ensure appropriate progress towards goals, KPIs and ROI are achieved.
- Leverage third party platforms to achieve desired results. Notable platforms in tech stack include: SMSS, Power BI, Salesforce Ascend, Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.
- Lead data hygiene and verification initiatives, including cell append and email research with a third party vendor.
- Lead A/B testing efforts to validate purchased data from Discourse Analytics and Aspire North. As well as in house A/B testing to improve marketing outcomes. Five tests were executed in fiscal year 2024.
