● Daily operations of a 24–station student call center for outreach to alumni, donors, parents and friends of Mizzou for fundraising.● Lead team of 48 student callers to raise more than $850,000 in philanthropic support for various areas of Mizzou.● Statistical analysis to drive strategy and tactics to reach fundraising goals like creating calling pools and A/B Testing of tactics to increase participation, average gift, fulfillment or credit card rates.● Managed relationship between client (Mizzou) and the company (RNL).● All aspects of on-site HR: recruiting, interviews, onboarding, training, coaching, disciplinary action, payroll and budget management.● Participation in professional development opportunities including training new Program Center Managers (PCM) on-site and mentoring three first year PCM’s.
