Program LeadershipMaintain positive and effective working relationships with project partners, including local government partners or community-based organizations, oblast state administrations, Ministry of Social Policy , Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, and other implementing agencies in the regions of Ukraine in collaboration with the Country Director.Work with HealthRight HQ Program Directors on new business development (concept notes, proposals, etc.), program quality and technical depth based on best practices, context, effectiveness and sustainability of impact.Work closely with UN agencies in Ukraine and other potential donors to develop agreements and work plans, and promote collaboration for programs in line with the policies and priorities set by the Ukrainian government and HealthRight donors.Team LeadershipWork with the Country Director to ensure best HR practices in managing, mentoring and building a highly motivated and supported program team.In partnership with the Country Director, ensure effective cross-functional synergies to facilitate world-class integrated management of HealthRight programs, budgets, human resources and relationships.Provide methodological and practical support to project and site coordinators and managers in the implementation of interdisciplinary case management methodology in the delivery of socio-medical services to project target populations; monitor the effectiveness of the services provided.Communication and AdvocacyPresent the work of HealthRight and UFPH in Ukraine in public forums (i.e. national, regional and global conferences) as appropriate.Identify opportunities to share HealthRight Ukraine's program successes, including data, with local and national partners on a regular basis (i.e. journal manuscripts, meetings, etc.).Represent HealthRight Ukraine and UFPH at national level working groups, UN sub-clusters, government coordination bodies, and donor events.

National consultant of UN Women in Ukraine on Gender-based Violence Combating Capacity building for Legal Aid ProvidersResponsibilities include:• Develop the concept and agenda of the training framed around gender-based violence, its root causes and consequences, international human rights standards pertaining to gender-based violence, including the survivor-centered approach, national legal framework on criminalized forms of gender-based violence and civil law restraining orders, and practical aspects of legal aid provision in cases of gender-based violence;• Design training materials and handouts, including examples of relevant case law for practical training exercises;• Conduct two 2-day trainings in Donetsk oblast and two 2-day trainings in Luhansk oblasts;• Provide a joint final report reflecting the outcomes of the trainings, identified capacity gaps and further recommendations for enhancing the quality of legal aid provision in cases of gender based violence.

National Consultant for UN Women in Ukraine: Assessing Civil Court Decisions on Domestic Violence Restraining OrdersResponsibilities:• Conducted a comprehensive desk review of the national legislative framework on domestic violence and civil court restraining orders, compared with international standards, and summarized findings.• Analyzed civil court decisions on restraining orders against domestic violence perpetrators as recorded in the Ukrainian online register of court decisions.• Developed a detailed report comprising: - The total number of civil court decisions on restraining orders against domestic violence perpetrators issued since the relevant legislative amendments, including a breakdown by region, and the number of granted and dismissed claims, specifying the types of domestic violence (e.g., intimate partner, parent, child). - An in-depth analysis of at least 80 civil court decisions (including all from Donetsk and Luhansk regions) focusing on both granted and dismissed claims, with specific references to the evidence used in the courts' decisions. - Identified issues and provided recommendations for enhancing the normative framework and guiding judicial practice in this field.
