I have been in the Administrative field since the Department of Northern Saskatchewan 1980 to 2015. Most of my service has been in the Northern Community of Lac La Ronge first with Department of Northern Saskatchewan - Personnel & Training Branch; Saskatchewan Health, Saskatchewan Education (10 years). Then i worked for Lac La Ronge Indian Band for 10 years and moved to operate my own Construction Business Precambrian Contracting Ltd. My main duties were to develop and implement Safety Rules & Regulations for the company under Saskatchewan Construction Association. I then went to Alberta and worked with Athabasca Tribal Council for a short term then went on to Suncor Energy. I have extensive experience in the Administrative field. Been involved with Strategic Planning with the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. Supervise 4 personnel and am currently working on performance appraisals with staff and setting goals for this year.
