I am a Strategy & Programs Leader for Deloitte's US Purpose Office, focused on advancing Deloitte's brand and positioning while making an impact in the community. For 6+ years, I have led Deloitte’s national pro bono pro bono programs. US Pro Bono is the centerpiece of the firm’s social impact investments and has delivered more than 1 million hours of Deloitte professionals’ time and talent to support our communities. As a social impact strategy leader at Deloitte, I manage relationships with public sector intermediaries and industry associations, work alongside our social issue area SMEs to build investment frameworks, develop impact measurement strategies, serve as the in-kind services advisor to the 5 Deloitte US businesses, oversee the US pro bono executive governance committee, integrate pro bono outcomes into opportunities to drive new client deliveries, and engage with Talent Engagement leaders to coordinate upskilling and culture-building into social impact programming. I've also acted as a strategy lead for the firm's evolving focus on helping young people and workers build skills or create pathways for people to be successful in today’s work environment and in the future.Prior to this role, I spent four years as a strategy and operations management consultant in Deloitte’s Government and Public-Sector practice. I have 15 years of professional experience across the public, private and non-profit sectors and hold an MBA from the George Washington University. During my consulting tenure, my work for government clients focused on strategic advisory support services to address challenges around business model transformation, global communications, large-scale procurement implementation, and customer segmentation and analysis. Other previous work experience includes project and volunteer management for the Department of State, fundraising and development for Washington University in St. Louis, and executive search recruitment and business development. I am also an experienced facilitator and highly-rated coach of core training programs at Deloitte University. I am a client and talent experience focused professional at heart, and am known as an Integrator / Pioneer at Deloitte.
