Underway Studio is an illustration and printmaking collective based in South London. As well as producing our own portfolio of screen prints, the studio members work collaboratively on design projects using silk-screen print as a primary medium resulting in a unique aesthetic.As a creative lead of the studio my roles include:- Designing and producing high quality, limited edition screen prints - Answering creative briefs including commissions from Twitter, Tate & Adidas using screenprint and physical print processes as a primary medium- Organising and curating exhibitions of our personal portfolio- Managing studio budgets and finance accounts- Leading specialist workshops both within our studio and as pop ups at events and community spaces- General studio management- Designing and managing the Studio's website and online presenceClients & collaborations include: Twitter, Adidas, Tate, Barbican, The Design Museum, Unplucked & Nutrabolt

Leading and organising regular screenprint workshops at Underway Studio and other locations. The studio run regular mono-screenprinting workshops as well as full introductions to screenprining, one-to-one sessions and bespoke pop up workshops at festivals, schools and other public events.

Conversion Rate Optimisation executive with a focus on UX research and design. Responsibilities include: - Strategic planning of UX research programs for high turnover clients - Carrying out quantitative and qualitative research for clients including moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions, surveys, heuristic analysises, preference and click tests, web audits and competitor reviews - Analysing quantitative and qualitative research data and web engagement data to propose AB test and website improvements to increase conversion- Designing AB tests and webpage improvements based thorough research with the aim to increase conversion and improve user experience - Balancing the needs of the business and successful conversion rates with the importance of positive user experience

Run For The Hills is a multidisciplinary creative studio focussing on interior design and branding for both commercial and private clients. By specialising in the spatial design of restaurants, offices and commercial properties, the studio is then able to develop the brand from initial logo and web design through to spatial branding and bespoke in-venue graphics. During my time here the studio has been shortlisted for numerous awards including the well renowned SBID and Creative Pool annual prize. As part of the graphic design team my duties include researching and sourcing for both branding and interiors projects, putting together pitch documents, developing logos and brand identities, web design and maintenance, brochure design, social media marketing, planning and assisting on photoshoots, packing and managing orders of the studios bespoke art prints as well as general ad hoc studio management tasks.

As the styling assistant for prop and wedding stylist Carrie Southall I have helped on numerous projects including styling weddings and advertising campaigns. My duties included assisting to set up and style shoots and events, sourcing, product administration and arranging collection and deliveries.

At .Cent I was responsible for any imagery and layout design for the Summer issue of the magazine. The position also meant assisting on set at any photo shoots for the magazine, carrying out product administration tasks and answering any graphic design briefs sent to the studio, including logo design and editorial illustrations for the magazine.

Co-founder of student led creative online magazine within the University of Westminster which allows undergraduates to showcase their portfolios on a professional platform. My responsibilities within WAXED involved designing and managing the online magazine, overseeing and directing any promotional design work, organising and curating exhibitions and music events, social media marketing, leading a team of students and managing and liaising finances with the university.
