Empower student workers as the full-time supervisor of Gannon University’s Student Phonathon Center, a year-round phone appeal program in Annual Giving generating thousands of donor dollars and aiding in new donor acquisition.• Maintain and update donor records in University Advancement databases.• Analyze existing data from previous capital campaigns to generate projections and determine appropriate campaign goals.• Craft written giving appeals for more than ten different audiences to increase donations.• Hire, train, and oversee student workers in the Student Phonathon Center.
