Silverless is a small agency with a large client client roster across several categories, including the travel, financial services and food and drinks markets. We are a multi-skilled team with in-house designers, developers, photographers and videographers. We work with clients to elevate their brands, through targeted brand experiences across both print and screen.

Administrative assistant to the CEO, CFO and wider senior leadership team

Susie Watson is a designer specialising in the homes and interiors market, with ten high street shops, as well as a sizable direct business. Her eponymous brand, embodies art as every things, with a strong focus on original design and hand-making. • Member of the Senior Leadership Team, participating in fortnightly meetings and contributing to business development and strategy. Awarded a profit share in 2020. • Re-introduced the Direct Mail channel to the company in 2015, contributing to significant growth in turnover (From approx. 1 to 6 million over 7 years)• Project management of all Direct Mail campaigns (3-4 per year), from design of the brochure, to working with data agencies to buy and plan data for campaigns. I successfully ran the pitch process to change agencies and streamline and improve our consultancy arrangements. • Started and grew the internal PR database and managed day to day PR needs; liaising with magazines, pitching articles and products and organising loans and imagery as required. I achieved, seven long form House features on Susie and the company and five front covers, plus regular products in shopping features, all in National Magazines. • Planned and bought all the print media, including National Magazine and regional estate agent publication campaigns. Managing a budget of circa £100k. Managed the design and supply of adverts with the design team.

Zag is the brand invention arm of BBH, it helps companies realise more value from their existing brands and creates and launches new brands. • Managed the brand development process; from identifying opportunities and unmet consumer needs to the creation of a tangible brand and product idea. Projects spanned the music, games and toys, clothing, publishing, FMCG and pharmaceutical markets and included projects for World Gold Council, The Daily Telegraph and Actavis;• Defined the brand positioning and DNA for new brand inventions and managed the design and creative process, from naming and tone of voice through to logo, look, product design and packaging;• Member of the four strong leadership team, involved in decisions relating to the strategic direction of the business and the overall project and workload planning;• Created and launched a teen accessories brand called Bo Peep in Next and Accessorize. • Developed and successfully pitched a new kids property called ‘Didit!’ to Nickelodeon; • Assessed the commercial potential of new brand ideas, calculated sales and revenue projections;• Identified and assessed suitability of commercial partners to take new brands to market, opened and nurtured these relationships and pitched and sold ideas to them;• Planned launch strategies with our partners, managed the relationships with external agencies.

Moocow Ltd was an IP generation business (now merged with Bluw Ltd), creating product and brand innovation in the toys, gifts, games, home wares and clothing markets. • Headed up Moocow’s development department, managing creative, design and R&D teams, to create new product and brand ideas; • Ran product production schedules and budgets and managed creative output;• Implemented process across the department, from reporting methods and scheduling to a quality assurance process for all new and existing product developments;• Sourced and built new supplier relationships in the Far East; • Set up China based team of 2 fulltime staff, implemented working practices between the two offices; • Managed idea protection through patent and trademark applications.

• Managed clients business from strategic thinking through to the development of creative executions and their production; in total over 25 above the line campaigns. My clients included, The Daily Telegraph, The Carphone Warehouse, TalkTalk, Britvic and Heart FM.
