• Establish personal contact with volunteers in workplaces • Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of employee workplace campaigns• Suggest campaign strategies & goals• Support the Campaign committees (Cabinet and individual workplace)• Participate in the training of canvassing teams• Deliver campaign presentations to various employee groups (some nights and weekends)• Raise employee awareness of United Way’s work in the community• Ensure that the financial campaign objective is attained• Follow up regularly on the progress of the campaigns to ensure they proceed according to schedule• Share suggestions and donors’ comments in order to help United Way constantly improve its relations with its donors• Participate in campaign activities and meetings• Ensure all organizations and volunteers receive appropriate thanks and recognition for their contributions
