Successfully maintained a complicated schedule of contract work with the City of Regina, University of Regina (Life Long Learning Centre), Curves Regina and numerous community associations, as well as running classes independently. Duties included class and private lesson design, instruction, scheduling, promotion and advertising, client relations, record keeping, event planning and financial management. Maintained a consistent base of approximately 200 clients and planned and executed regular dance shows and events.

Responsible for many day-to-day operations of a non-profit artist-run centre, including grant writing and reporting, design and distribution of promotional materials, coordinating and managing receptions and events, artist communications, exhibition install and teardown, event planning and promotion, website maintenance, clerical duties, post-production of digital video documentation, coordination of volunteers, and providing input to the Director and the Board.
