Establishment of the infrastructure for a global Business Analytics project in the organization:o Thorough acquaintance with the Data Model of Salesforce and characterization of new Custom Objects/fields. Identifying anomalies in the Salesforce data model and reporting them to the Sales Operations team. o Mapping all company clients and partners entities within the Product Data (stored and managed in MongoDB) to their corresponding entities in Salesforce, using a new created Foreign Key inside the Salesforce Clients object – Creating Single Source of True for Client entity and enabling the connection of the Salesforce and Product records within the BigQuery Warehouse.o Collection and characterization of Business Questions with heads of departments and decision makers in the organization – asking the right questions, translating them to graphs - in order to increase the company upsells during 2021.

o An advisor to 4 the teams’ managers in the department.o Established and managed a departmental ongoing training project.o Establishment and development of decisions making process based on Data Driven approach – established a manual BI system for measuring and comparing product and manual performance to the KPIs. o Analyzed product data and manual performance data. o Identifying trends, anomalies and presenting to the decision makers entities within the company. o Led to new KPIs settings and influenced product roadmap. o Influenced on creating new and advanced manual work flows within the department.

Recruited and managed an organic team as an inherent part of Intsights’ product and service.  • Performed as Intsights’ Cyber Intelligence expert in client meetings, sales operations, and product developments. Resulted in becoming a solid foundation within the product and a key differentiator for sales prospects.  • Developed and managed OSINT and WEBINT methodologies for cyber intelligence gathering and analysis both over the Clear and Dark web. • Highly involved in product development aspects. Worked hand in hand with R&D teams for creating automatic procedures by providing points of view both from intelligence and data analysis perspectives, thus for creating machine learning based alert mechanisms.
