- Coordination and promotion of informational medical-scientific service “MEDINFO”: Collaboration with regional physicians; Working out marketing projects and participation in marketing-medical events; presentations; double visits; Publications in scientific and medical journals/reprints; Registration of medical requests; Creation of promotional materials; Scientific mailing; Reporting on MEDINFO activity on a quarterly base; Conducting surveys on service satisfaction level; Developing and maintaining clients’ database;- Promotional materials’ review: insuring pomaterials are designed in line with the corporate SOPs, standards and local laws; Consulting regarding SOPs’ requirements and changes; Participation in audit of promomaterials; reporting on promo initialization activity on a quarterly base;- Coordination, management and optimization of the corporate educational system in Ukraine and CIS: assignment of products modules and trainings for Field Force employees according to the strategic needs; Providing necessary technical and informational support; reporting on learning activity on a quarterly base/on demand; conducting a periodic survey among employees regarding user-content satisfaction level.

- Organization of marketing events: round tables, group meetings and conferences; providing logistic support to events' participants; - Preparation and adjustment of promo materials; - Support in preparation of reports for BU Head: analysis of internal and external markets, presentations' drafting; Working with database; - Collaboration with medical associations and institutions: processing requests for sponsorship and educational grants to nonprofit charity funds, associations & governmental hospitals; - International Congress Contact: communication with KOLs in terms of international pharmaceutical events’ activities; Logistic support of delegates: registration, documentation, flight, hotel and transports’ bookings, visa preparation.- Interpretation of technical pharmaceutical texts, articles, contracts and other documentation;- Daily administrative support within the department: business correspondence with clients, documentary turnover, invoices’ payment, financial reports processing.

- Consecutive bilingual interpretation in context of the International Netherlands-Ukrainian Sustainable Energy Platform (NUSEP), “Construction and Energy” trade mission.

- Interpretation of technical texts and documentation;- Exhibition activity support of the company;- Daily administrative assistance to the Director General: timetable managing, arranging of appointments, coordination of meetings, dealing with business correspondence, business travel support, visa preparation.

- Gaining mass media information, preparation and adjustment the stand-holders' information for exhibition magazines, articles, leaflets and brochures;- Interpretation of exhibition materials, consecutive bilingual interpretation in the context of different international exhibitions;- Collaboration with external clients, media and printing agencies.

- Part-time written translation of technical texts, documentation, articles.
