• Employed within the Corporate Governance Department,• Principally responsible for the management of environmental regulatory licensing,• Handling of JJ’s insurance claims and communicating with third parties on incidents involving company vehicles,• Conducting general legal research in Insurance, Commercial and Environment Law,• General administrative duties (e.g. scanning, binding, printing and posting documents),• Competent in word processing and the use of spreadsheets, and• Drafting legal documents.

• Manage the front reception, greet patients, and respond to requests for information and appointments,• Master infection control practices in compliance with standard procedures,• Prepare and process instruments for sterilisation,• Record and chart patient information,• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure continuity of dental care,• Able to prioritise tasks to ensure schedule is achieved efficiently and maintained,• Able to understand, assess, and assure patient needs are effectively communicated, and• Assist in a variety of dental treatment procedures including routine check-ups, various restorations, tooth extractions, root canal treatment, and crown/bridge preparations.
