• Involved in long-range strategic planning and responsible for the delivery of annual general meetings, for operations, and foundation including creating donor and staff recognition awards and annual reports.

• Planned, organized, coordinated, and spearheaded the Building Campaign generating $17M dollar revenue for a new environmentally-friendly 40,000 square foot building with a municipal animal shelter, an adoption centre.
• Managed and complied with campaign timelines and budgets by tracking revenue and expenses associated with assigned fundraising campaigns.
• Developed strategies to engage donors, the veterinary community, and legacy prospects to secure funds. Was able to convert annual donors to campaign and major gift donors.

• Launched an in-house revenue development department, developed a marketing plan and fundraising plan with a team of volunteers.
• Introduced 5 new fundraising events per year and 2 direct mail solicitation campaigns.
• Prepared and tracked annual budget and solicited and secured volunteer chairs for each event and campaign.
• Reported to the Board of Directors on the status of each event and campaign
