DiffBlue is a world leader in AI that understands code. It's goal is to automate all traditional coding tasks: bug fixing, test writing, finding and fixing exploits, refactoring code, translating from one language to another and creating original code. My role:- Ensuring everyone was aware of their objectives and focussed on continually improving delivery. - Removing impediments swiftly so that projects are always moving forwards and the teams remained motivated. - Working alongside the Product Owner to break down projects and feature requests into epics, user stories and tasks and maintaining the product backlog.- Running fun and interesting retrospectives, aimed at generating the most useful insights from the last iteration and using this information to direct the team’s performance in future sprints.I was comfortable taking a flexible approach to Scrum and delivering it in a way that worked best for each team as well as the wider organisation. I used Scrum, Scrumban and Kanban at Diffblue and understand the principles of other Agile methodologies: Lean, XP and TDD and am happy to pull in elements from these when they are useful.
