Anna is a General Counsel with more than 15 years’ experience in-house and at a leading global law firm, partnering with and advising business leaders to execute high-stakes transactions and formulate and implement strategic plans. She has a broad base of experience, overseeing diverse legal matters, including private equity fund formation, joint venture formation, M&A transactions, debt and structured finance arrangements, litigation and internal investigations, contracting, employment, insurance procurement, compliance, and policy development and implementation. To improve legal service delivery, Anna leads technology and process-improvement projects from concept to completion, while forging positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and providing creative, practical business and legal advice aligned with corporate goals.
