During my doctoral studies, I specialized in simulating protein folding and unfolding processes, utilizing advanced algorithms like Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics. This work demanded not only the development of my own software for parallel physical simulations, data analysis, and visualization but also the adaptation and extension of external software tools, such as Gromacs, to suit my research objectives.These experiences have provided me with a solid foundation in high-performance scientific computing and software development. I am deeply passionate about crafting clear, valuable, and scalable software solutions, with C++ being my preferred programming language. Additionally, I am proficient in C, C#, and Python, allowing me to tackle a wide range of software development challenges effectively.Furthermore, my enthusiasm extends to teaching, which I successfully pursued throughout my five years of Ph.D. studies. My commitment to education was further bolstered by completing a course in Academic Teaching, enhancing my competence in this field.
