Offering them a place on the R.O.A.D Programme or holistic and individualised 1-1 support. The R.O.A.D Programme aims to: • Give participants alternative pro-social life direction• Identify positive relationships within existing social circles• Improve communication skills in conflict situations• Teach participants to gain perspective in stressful situations• Improve empathy skills• Develop an understanding of the wider consequences of violence• Increase awareness and understanding of the impact of stereotyping and how these are linked to decision making
