Alternative Break Program (ABP) is an organization that provides students with the opportunity to learn more about social issues and apply their business skills in a real world setting. Service learning trips are offered both domestically and abroad, pushing students to use their academic skills to leave a lasting impact on communities around the world.

- Designed and proposed various outreach and engagement strategies to recruit participants for the 2023-2024 school year- Directed and participated in multiple organization and student outreach programs with the Kelley Institute for Social Impact throughout the school year

- Worked with En Vía, a non-profit organization in Mexico, to plan a week long trip to lead 8 Kelley students abroad- Used business skills to budget trip financials, plan accommodations/transportation, and provide support to support local female entrepreneurs in Oaxaca- Educated trip participants on social issues including: social entrepreneurship, poverty, and microfinance

Indiana University Dance Marathon (IUDM) aims to inspire and educate the members of its organization and surrounding community with the goal of providing funds for Riley Hospital for Children. It is the second largest student-run, philanthropic organization in the country and remains inclusive for all individuals who want to make a difference for Riley Hospital for Children.

- Generated $169,799 in funds as a committee for Riley Hospital for Children in 2022 through various marketing tactics- Attended weekly meetings in preparation of the marathon which included fundraising, building relationships, and learning about the marathon’s history

Arbutus Hayo-Went-Ha is a wilderness adventure sleep away camp for girls- Responsible for 6-10 pre-teen and teenaged girls for 2-4 weeks at a time- Planned, coordinated, and executed activities for campers (Ages 8-16) - Co-led multiple multi-day wilderness excursions- Organized and completed administrative work

- Supervised staff members and facility during 6-8 hour shifts- Scheduled shifts for 10 staff members and delegated responsibilities for these employees weekly- Facilitated communication between staff and customers while hosting

- Prepared all camp events and games three times a week inclusive of assigning roles to 58 staff members, creating groups for campers, and monitoring execution of activities- Responsible for preparing 3 meals a day for 250+ campers as well as cleaning the facility’s kitchen, dining hall, and main building twice a day

- Facilitated the movement of dogs out to owners at the end of the day, maintained positive customer relations with pet owners- Responsible for cleaning facility, feeding 40-60 dogs, and ensuring all dogs were accounted for before closing
