Maintain loan portfolio of approximately $30MM. Worked with new and existing clients to underwrite new loans. Critically analyze borrower and project information to assess credit risk and to identify strengths and mitigants for loan approval support including but not limited to rate/term/fee structure, financial wherewithal of borrower/guarantors, location/type of project, equity contributed, and market conditions. Analyze business and personal financials for complex real estate credits. Prepare and analyze cash flows, profit analysis, inventory tracking, construction budgets and financial spreads. Work with clients, loan officers and executive management with work out deals and completion and/or sale of other REO properties. Researched, prepared and analyze market data including absorption rates, unemployment rates, population data and other market indicators to support credit approval. Maintain and update financial and other covenant compliance analysis. Review all loan documents prepared in-house and by counsel. Prepare loan presentations, including borrower information, history, inventory, appraisal analysis, financial analysis and other relevant data for loan approvals. Perform site visits to track status of projects under construction or lease-up. Calculate interest reserve and perform analysis for new and existing credits.

Analyze borrower financial information by preparing spreads of financial statements for individuals and companies. Evaluate borrower credit worthiness by preparing cash flow analysis.
