- Development of the brand's social media communication (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)- Organization of events- Taking care of the good image of the company- designing and developing marketing materials and advertising gadgets (flyers, posters, catalogs)- Managing the company's advertising- Preparing promotional messages and strategies for their implementation- Establishing and maintaining contacts with cynological centers, ambassadors, taking care of the brand image, supervising and controlling the implementation of contractual arrangements regarding the cooperation undertaken with clients- Cooperation with trade magazines (design of advertisements, development of articles and advertising texts for the magazine- Active cooperation with the R&D, Sales and Export departments- Cooperation with external companies (printing houses, veterinary clinics, trade magazines, plebiscites)

- Responsible for creating daily Instagram/Facebook posts (graphic and text content), replaying to comments and reviews- Creating brand advertisements for industry related magazines- Providing customer service on Facebook and Instagram platforms as well as via email- Managing the company's advertising,- Taking care of contact with professional customers, providing information on order processing, receiving and processing complaints (or forwarding them to the appropriate department)- Solving day to day issuses- Supporting sales representatives in their everyday work
