Utility Supervisor

▪ Analysis, preparation and report of the key energy indicators natural gas, electricity and water of all departments on the territory of the Pirinsko Pivo brewery;▪ Forecasting the consumption of key energy indicators natural gas, electricity and water;▪ Participation in projects to ensure the efficiency of energy processes;▪ Directing, supporting and managing the team of the Utility Department;▪ Joins the complex resolution of problems in the department by providing the solution of problems in a systematic way;▪ Plans and participates in the daily meetings of the department according to the management system of performance (PMS), actively implements Lean standards and controls Lean activities in department, following the "5 Whys" technique for discovering root causes and the PDCA cycle;▪ Gives guidance, assists and supervises/approves the activities of the Utility Department personnel with clear and precise goals, with transparent performance review, with indications for improvement of development areas by creating a development plan and trainings, according to the tools of the Skill matrix tool;▪ Performs the role of Ambassador for Health and Safety by actively participating in the organizationand promotion of the activities performed by the company in this direction;▪ ISO 50001 coordinator;▪ Coordinating and supporting the implementation of the strategy of the Energy Management-including preparation of annual and monthly budgets and by consulting the Utility Department in relation to any changes that have occurred;▪ Supporting the processes of planning, coordinating, developing, implementing, improvement and accountability of the activities related to the Utility Department and the energy consumption of the Pirinsko Pivo brewery (through processes, projects, KPIs, SOPs, work instructions, company standards);▪ Focuses on optimization and improvements, ensuring the smooth running of energy processes (quality, price and capacity);
