As the Technical Writer Intern with SeniorAge, an office on aging, I would edit and create various documents to enhance productivity in the work environment as well as for their clients. Along with many tasks, I edited and developed standard operating procedures that would instruct the employees how to properly operate certain components of their software system, and procedures on how to handle certain situations outside of the agency as well as within the agency. I would also create a variety of documents that would help aid the productivity of SeniorAge and their future employees.

Operated with a team to build our client tools to improve their business as well as developing ideas to better serve our client. Produced surveys that were tailored to develop answers that would help us generate data in order to establish new plans to bring in a variety of customers. Co-wrote a market analysis report that supported and demonstrated our ideas/plan to achieve the most business for their company as well as bringing in a new demographic.

In working with preschool children diagnosed at all different levels along the autism spectrum, I would assist the teachers in working on communication skills with nonverbal children. I would additionally work on enhancing children's fine and gross motor skills, as well as creating a lesson plan/theme dedicated to an entire week.
