• Supporting the product line to contribute to the development of both long and short term business strategies to maximize profitability and achieve growth• Working with the PLM and Product Team members to execute product life-cycle management strategy, including innovation and development of products• Cross-department cooperation between various teams, from PLM, Development, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, DealDesk, Marketing and Sales• Working on products commercialization with Market Development and Marketing• Maintaining with PIM team product e-Catalog, creating technical documents• Coordinating from PLM side internal processes including workflows, product change management in windchill, customer complaints RMA etc.

• Locate and contact potential clients in order to offer advertising services (business customers)• Generate and expand strong relationships with customers (including The Town Hall of Lodz, The Marshal Office, Marketing Directors, Managing Directors)• Selling advertising time on TV and sponsored TV programmes• Writing proposals for clients and estimate costs• Participation in production projects (coordination/ leading)• After-sales service• Reports and budget achievement

• Dealing with customer’s deliveries, invoices, queries etc. Processing customers orders• Supervising and dealing with RTÉ (Ireland’s national television) departments• Liaise with customers and suppliers on status of orders, deliveries and payments• Opening new accounts (customers, suppliers), processing quotations/sales orders• Placing orders on suppliers (Ireland, UK, France, Germany, China)• Implementing supplier’s invoices into the system• Maintaining correct stock levels, adding new products to the system• Accountancy (Debtors and Creditors, Year and month end reporting, Reconciliations, All Expenses, Debt collection and account maintenance) – SAP, Take 5• Maintaining Cash Receipt Book, Petty Cash Book• General administration; Managing documents
