Facilitating seamless collaboration and proactive inter-departmental relationships within sales operations, actively contributing to the formulation and streamlining of business sales processes, and executing essential activities to drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:- Establishing critical system parameters and implementing cross-departmental controls.- Managing document flow in accordance with customer contracts.- Developing bonus schemes and templates for calculation as an advanced Excel user.- Generating various sales reports by regions, products, clients, and sales channels.- Cultivating robust commercial relationships with partners and customers to ensure effective collaboration on construction projects.- Engaging with international customers as Key Accounts, overseeing turnover-based bonus calculations and document flow control.- Conducting market analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.- Assisting in monitoring targeted spending of marketing budgets in sales regions.- Utilizing SAP Sales and Distribution module expertise and Power BI training.- Extracting statistics from SAP using Business Object tool.- Contributing to closing team efforts by negotiating and creating action plans for dealer contract terminations and commercial offers for stock sell-out.
