- Responsible for SAP after-implementation Stabilisation activities in the field of all Production issues for 2 factories: St.Petersburg and Saratov sites and Central Planning Functions- Boosting tickets resolution with IT support coming from functions- Ensuring process sustanability after new SAP implementation

- Successful new SAP Plaform implementation for St.Petersburg Factory considering processes changes- Responsible for Production Project Fields: FG planning and production confirmation, BOM management, Spare Parts Management, Interface with Logistics, Master Data Migration coordination- Contribution as part of the Operation Project (TaO) Team to the successful outcomes of the project, working closely with the Centre, Region, Area and the Factory to clearly understand and anticipate project/business needs, continuously seeking opportunities to raise quality standards and minimise lead times - Identification and coordination of all activities related to Factory Process Changes due to the Project- Considering all risks related to Factory Performance while Project implementation. Built and owned Business Continuity Plan for Factory team.- Coordination of Master Data readiness, Master Data migration, Factory system test and issues resolution- Arrangement of Project Team leaders from business (experts & testers from functions) and all required trainings for them as per new processes and new system. Insured people readiness for project go live. - Close inteaction with IBM support consultancy team landed on site for Project, assuring they meet full support from factory team.- Support the integration of this process with other processes and work together with the Region and project team members to resolve any issues- Resolving financials related to people allocation for Project with Factory Management- Arrangement of test-HUB in Saint-Petersburg for all Russia Operations, arrangement of Project Go-Live activities for Factory.
