As part of the learning and development project team, I was pivotal in implementing a Global programme for a new learning management system (Saba) across 22 countries. I was the functional and training lead for the UK from an implementation prospective - I was also part of the team that chose the vendor, I worked on the selection and configuration of the system, I was also a major go to person from a testing prospective, working on system configuration, building and testing. I was the go to person for the UK with regards to deploying the new system to various learning professionals across the business, I repurposed training materials and deployed training across 22 countries through various training mechanisms, from webinars to classroom training. Following deployment, I worked closely with the vendor to ensure the system remained stable and fully functional - I was responsible for making sure the system continued to meet the growing needs of the business, continually developing it to support large scale training programme roll outs from both a technical and non technical prospective.

Working with the Head of Resourcing and Development and team, to provide planning, organisation & secretarial support, event and travel management, roll out of global and regional programs and reporting and analysis services.I also devised and ran an effective induction training programme for new starters in Germany and the UK.

Provided a high quality human resources service to functions within Vodafone. providing advice and guidance to the line management and employees on Human Resources polices and processes and employee relations.. Acting as part of the Ask HR Plus Helpdesk Team, responsible for answering, escalating and recording HR queries from Vodafone employees and 3rd parties in a timely, accurate manner.To ensure each client receives exceptional service at the right time using appropriate processes and channels.
