A highly driven HR professional, with over 15 years’ experience in generalist HR roles, predominately within the pharmaceutical industry. With a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Therapy, my career ambitions changed following my first experience in HR, which bought to life my passion for balancing business and employee needs. Since then, my career has grown, with my dedication and experience being recognised by the CIPD in 2020, when I was awarded Chartered Membership.
