The training was part of Controlling and Financial Festival held at the University of Economics on 25th of April 2018 and I delivered the training on behalf of Capita Polska. The festival hosted among others some of Krakow based companies such as CIMA, Comarch and Heineken. I met Anna for the first time when she was an intern at Capita earlier the same year. Prior to the event at the University of Economics, Anna was liaising between Capita and the university helping with all the logistics necessary for it, arranging the training room, light refreshments for the students, supervising all IT technicalities, an overhead projector, wi-fi, etc, and most importantly managing the list of participants and consequently all the communications with them, including collecting the feedback. Throughout the preparation stage, as well as after the event Anna demonstrated tremendous effort and willingness to help along and was open to feedback. At times, when there was a need she was always ready to go the extra mile responding to ad hoc problems and issues. As a trainer, it is incredibly fulfilling to witness an intern make this kind of contribution. Anna has always been personable, friendly, and sociable. She possesses an outgoing personality, mixes well, is trustworthy and reliable.
