As Product Owner for Self BagDrop solution I am responsible for maximizing the business value delivered by Agile Scrum Teams. Having gained technical and operational understanding of the product I have been working closely with Product Manager and various stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the business problems, customer needs, as well as the vision and strategic direction of the overall portfolio.Responsible for prioritizing Product backlog to meet the expectations of the fast pacing environment.Feeling proud of Self BagDrop because it is a self-service game changer for the travelers in the airports worldwide!

• Managing Product backlog using Agile, Plan driven methodologies and the blend of both• Scoping and planning new Product initiatives with all relevant stakeholders• Serving as a liaison cross-departments to bring the most value to the development Product roadmap • Triaging requests from internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing all dependencies• In cooperation with other Product Owners and Product Managers monitoring progress and quality of work and taking ownership of Product deliverables• Getting actively involved in close cooperation with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams cross-organization• Shaping requirements for developing features to serve security and control of work purposes in highly regulated environments
