After a year at Criterion Conferences, I took on the role of Event Content Producer for ACSA as part of the ACSA/Criterion partnership. My responsibilities included:- Developed a framework for Criterion to operate as a PCO for an association- Internal and external stakeholder management to deliver quality events for ACSA members- Event research and content development in conjunction with the ACSA policy team- Onsite delivery of the event- Consistently delivered events on and under budget- Speaker acquisition- Copy writing for EDMs, newsletters and websites
