Whether it be in excel or a CRM system such as salesforce, I make use of data. I do this so that we can drive commercial marketing strategies in a way that understands behind every number is a human interaction. Leading a high performance marketing team to me means knowing that each person brings a unique skill set, driving the best out of each person by focusing on our individual and common goals. The marketing goals I drive include generating company revenue, focus on the customer or client pre and post sale, while having fun in the process. Understanding and respecting the customer journey is the key in the way I market through automation. I do this by reports but also listening to the B2C or B2B customers. I’ve always learnt the most from the best listeners and try to do the same myself. Having 16 years experience in Marketing, including more than 7 years in Management I’ve learnt the importance of Omni-Marketing.
