I am involved in the recruiting/hiring process, updating/creating company policies and handbooks. I built and implemented onboarding/offboarding process. I collaborate with the other departments on a daily basis to create better workflow. I assist with administrative and operation duties (typing, correspondence, data entry, training, writing contracts, facilitating work order flow and processes). I answer employee questions about benefits. I guide and oversee the Receptionist duties and assist the Member Services Department at job fairs and community events.

I answered incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate department. I greeted and assist walk-in guests. I took payments for mulch/poles and scheduled pickup. I assisted with administrative duties such as typing, correspondence, data entry, facilitating work order flow, creating department spreadsheets and assist with recruiting/hiring.

I cared for children in the after school program. Daily roles involved enforcing administration policies and rules governing students, creating and organizing activities for children, supervising children in classrooms, the gym, and schoolyards. I became lead teacher over one of the groups and had success managing it, which led to my advancing into second lead teacher over the school site's after school program. This involved paperwork, parent conferences, decision making when first lead teacher was absent.
