I began my journey as an employee owner of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) in 2020, as a recruiting intern. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources, accompanied by a minor in Communications, I joined SEL full-time as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, I owned, revamped and managed the Relocation and Temporary Housing programs, which focus on providing exceptional support and customer service to new employees as they integrate into the SEL family.In the fall of 2021, I was promoted to Recruiter I. In this role, my primary responsibility was overseeing the hiring process for SEL's intern program. This involved recruiting candidates from various disciplines such as project management, software engineering, HR, finance, electrical engineering, UX design, government affairs, and more.Building upon my previous experiences and expertise, I am currently serving as a Technical Recruiter II at SEL. In this role, I collaborate with hiring managers and lead the recruiting team for SEL's rapidly expanding Engineering Services and Sales & Customer Service divisions. My focus primarily lies in identifying and recruiting top talent for protection, automation, and power project management engineering positions.Throughout my career, I have remained committed to principles of hard work, effective communication, and strong values.
