Handling probation reviews, disciplinary and grievance cases form start to finish. Advising on best practise.

Retained same duties as when HR Administrator with the addition of first line support for a satellite office, and an increase in involvement in probation reviews, disciplinary cases and grievance cases.

Completing administrative tasks including processing and preparing appropriate paperwork/letters:- New Starters- Contract Changes- Leavers- Maternity and Paternity- AWOL- Redundancy CalculationsConducting internal and external interviews

As a Support Assistant I am an instrumental member of the In-House Recruitment team at the Brightside Group. I utilise my administrative skills to provide support to ensure that the Recruitment process can run smoothly. - I am responsible for the creation and posting of all job adverts advertised on the Internal and external Job Boards that we use. - I provide an initial sift of applications made to determine suitability for our roles, before passing them on to my Resourcing colleagues. - I update and maintain the various spreadsheets and databases that we use to track and store the information of live roles and candidates that we interact with. - I deal with all Internal Applications, liaising with managers and hiring managers to organise interviews and deliver feedback. - I am in regular contact with HR regarding Job Offer form, New Starters and Contract Changes to ensure that all employee documentation is correct and up-to-date.
