I was recruited into this company and was promoted to store manager of one of the highest grossing stores in the company. My main responsibility to to ensure we hit our sales plan. In addition I am responsible for hiring and training a sales force of 5 full time people. I conduct weekly reviews for each employee to coach and develop opportunity areas. I plan in store events to help raise brand awareness as well as out of store events to add incremental sales.

Fort Worth Area

I was in charge of 9 retail stores. 9 full-time employees and 27 part-time employees. While working for GNC I worked at 15 different locations and was an area manager for 5 years. I was responsible for driving profit and sales, employee hiring and development, inventory management for all 9 stores, monthly operational audits, new store openings, coordinating yearly resets for all 9 stores, keeping planogram changes up to date and weekly conference calls.
