My main tasks consisted of troubleshooting and documentation of hardware and software disturbances in Daimler's truck telematics system FleetBoard, mainly focussed on the subject areas "Telematic Platform & Fitment" and "Transport Management". Furthermore, serving as a multilingual communication link between customers (consisting of Europe's leading transport companies), sales managers, Mercedes-Benz trucks dealers/workshops, support-related departments within Daimler FleetBoard GmbH and processing a wide range of inquiries and complaints from end users of the multi-product telematics system. A necessary part of this job is therefore the continuous sharing of professional knowledge between colleagues and actively supporting new team members in obtaining skills and know-how in order to maintain a high level of expertise.

My tasks included- diagnose, assess and treat clients who have a wide range of conditions (musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiothoracic), implementing evidence based interventions with a main focus on manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation programmes- provide, monitor and modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated personal goals and expected outcomes- educate and advice on how to prevent injury and self-manage long-term conditions- documentation of treatment statuses- liase with other healthcare professionals and disciplines involved
