I am a third year student studying a Bachelor Of Social Sciences degree in Social Policy and Sociology in UCD. Driven by my passion for understanding social issues and the desire to make a meaningful experience for providing excellent customer service, I actively seek opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills in customer service and communication type roles.Currently, I am employed as a CATI Interviewer for Behaviour and Attitudes and I would like to continue to expand my knowledge in communicating and connecting with people.
